Katelyn Towe is an associated with Elardo, Bragg, Rossi & Palumbo, P.C. Ms. Towe graduated cum laude from Mercer University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a minor in Chemistry.
Ms. Towe graduated from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate in 2020. While in law school, Ms. Towe was an editor on Jurimetrics: The Journal for Law, Science, and Technology, and was selected by her peers to be the Journal’s Senior Executive Editor during her third year. Ms. Towe was also named a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar for her academic achievements. In October 2020, Ms. Towe’s article “Washing Losses Away: Why Cryptocurrencies Need a Wash Sale Rule” was published in Tax Notes, a premier legal journal for tax issues.
Ms. Towe’s areas of practice are diverse and include: insurance defense, contract disputes, and construction defect.
