Andres Chagolla is an Associate Attorney with Elardo, Bragg, Rossi & Palumbo, P.C. Mr. Chagolla focuses his practice on handling general tort litigation, contract disputes, construction defect defense, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Elardo, Bragg, Rossi, & Palumbo, P.C., Mr. Chagolla worked at local insurance and municipal defense firm.
Mr. Chagolla earned his B.A. in United States History with a Minor in Political Science from Arizona State University and his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. Mr. Chagolla graduated law school with a Certificate in Sports Law & Business, received the Dean’s Award for Excellence and Highest Pro Bono Distinction.
While in law school, Mr. Chagolla served as an Article Editor for the Arizona State Sports & Entertainment Law Journal. During his second year of law school, Mr. Chagolla was chosen as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant, received the Diversity Legal Writing Scholarship from Fennemore Craig, P.C., and spent his summer working for the Phoenix office of Steptoe & Johnson, LLP. During the summer of 2016, Mr. Chagolla also clerked for the Honorable Daniel J. Kiley in the Maricopa County Superior Court.
Mr. Chagolla was born and raised in Arizona. In his spare time, Mr. Chagolla enjoys playing golf, bowling, and spending time outdoors.
